“The tree which moves some to tears of joy…” The End of the Beautiful Odyssey Is Nigh…(25 April Full Film Viewing)

Let me finish the full William Blake quote first (it was too long for the title and I love it too much to edit it to fit).

“The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity… and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself.”

So the end of 7 For All Mankind’s Beautiful Odyssey campaign is about to end.  Did you see the next installment?  Have you voted for the final part?  Will you wish for a happy ending like in the true Greek legend where Odysseus returns home to his faithful love or will you wish for a Greek tragedy and for tears?

The anarchist in me wishes for the tragedy however the romantic in me wishes for the Disney Fairy Tale…where Cinderella gets her Prince Charming (Or in this case a “Happy Summer Wedding” like the Japanese Super Girl Group Morning Musume song)  I apologise in advance but if you click the link, it is an insanely crazy and addictive J Pop song!

So yes, do you believe like Ralph Waldo Emerson that ” happiness is just an illusion caused by the temporary absence of reality”?  Or do you believe that there is true love and true happiness?  With regards to this “Beautiful Odyssey”, I somehow think that even if everyone votes for the happy ever after, 7 For All Mankind and James Franco might have a slight twist up their sleeves.  I guess we will find out.

For me, this Beautiful Odyssey has been a great one.  Not only have I been able to borrow amazing clothes from an amazing brand but I have had the confidence to post my first “proper” outfit post.  Yes, I have a lot to learn and the journey continues for me however, the support from fellow bloggers and readers of my post has been amazing.  Thank you to my vintage sister…for being the photographer!  Also thank you to 7 For All Mankind for “re-gramming” my picture on to their 7FAM website!!  Super honoured!!

Anyway, I guess watch this space and see what happens?

P.S.  I nearly forgot…for the HK instagram fans out there…upload on to Instagram or 7FAM’s HK Facebook page a picture of what you think represents a “Beautiful Odyssey” and you could be in for a chance to win HK$5,000 in vouchers (which will definitely be able to buy you a few of the amazing 7FAM jeans…so jealous…”  If you upload to instagram, don’t forget to tag 7FAM and #beautifulodyssey with #China or#HK.  For those not in HK, check out the relevant 7FAM country website for details for your relevant competitions because they are doing something similar INTERNATIONALLY.  I guess 7FAM are following the motto “Go Big or Go Home” ( I like their style!)
